What happens when you call CoPS?

 
  • We will inspect your community to select/verify locations of dog waste stations and/or trash cans.
  • We will provide a detailed proposal usually within 72 hours of receiving your RFP.
  • We will install new pet waste stations (if applicable) within 14 days of receiving your signed agreement.
  • Your first service will be scheduled within 7 days (for communities with existing dog waste stations/trash cans or requesting common area cleanings) of receiving your signed agreement.
  • Our dog waste station service includes USDA certified Bio-Based dog waste bags and liners.
  • If you have any questions or issues with your community’s service, our customer care center can answer them quickly. Usually with only one call. For more complex issues or questions, we promise to communicate our game plan to fix or answer them within 3 business hours.
