Pet Waste Station
Our pet waste station (or dispenser only station*) services include the following:
- Remove the full liner in the waste bin and replace it with a new USDA Certified Bio-Based liner.
- Restock the dispenser with USDA Certified Bio-Based dog waste bags as needed.
- Scoop waste/litter on the ground in the immediate vicinity of the station. (Approximately 6 feet)
- Inspect each station for functionality and repairs if needed.
- Monitor the volume of waste in the waste bin to provide feedback on service frequency adjustments if necessary.
- Communicate with picture, location, and description of any issues with the station or repairs that may be needed.
- Remove all waste from the community.
Common Area Trashcan Service
Our trashcan services include the following:
- Remove the full liner in the waste bin and replace it with a new liner.
- Scoop waste/litter on the ground in the immediate vicinity of the station. (Approximately 6 feet)
- Inspect each trashcan for functionality and repairs if needed.
- Monitor the volume of waste in the waste bin to provide feedback on service frequency adjustments if necessary.
- Communicate with picture, location, and description of any issues with the station or repairs that may be needed.
- Remove all waste/trash from the community.
Common Area Cleaning
When performing a common area cleaning, the technician will:
- Walk the cleaning area collecting any waste or small trash on the ground. Small trash does not include any hazardous materials or cigarette butts.
- Note any large items outside the scope of work that are in the common areas so that we can communicate them to the community representative.
- Remove all waste and small trash from the community.
